APEX Manifolds

APEX GT Spec Exhaust Manifolds are designed and built to rigorous race specifications. The manifolds are constructed of highly polished SUS 304 piping and are TIG welded for durability and strength. The collector pipes at the exhaust ports are deburred and hand-ported for optimal exhaust flow. The 4-2-1 design is used for high horsepower gains without sacrificing mid-range torque like most 4-into-1 configurations. Accommodates high-horsepower engines without sacrificing mid-range torque .

Comptech Sport Manifolds

Comptech headers and exhaust systems are manufactured using CNC machined flanges and mandrel bent T-304 stainless steel tubing. All headers have precision fit merge collectors and all joints are TIG welded for durability and appearance. Comptech uses both its in house DTS engine dyno and Dyno Dynamics chassis dyno to develop all of the headers. Features Tig Welding, Stepped 4-2-1 design to maximise mid-range power.

DC Sports  Exhaust manifolds are precision bent on our CNC mandrel benders using data acquired from  a non-contact digitizing scanner.  The flanges are CNC machined and  machine-gr oun d to  flange-mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal, a robotic welder  is used to attach the flange to the  manifold pipes. The s tate-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every  manifold made.

DC Sports  Exhaust manifolds  are available in 100% T-304-stainless steel including the flanges, eliminating any chance of rust. The s tainless-steel  manifold s are now available in two finishes; polished stainless steel  and NEW brushed stainless steel! The  polished stainless-steel  manifolds feature hand TIG welds at the flanges, and  the brushed stainless-steel  manifold s feature machine MIG welds at the flanges that foster a tooled, custom-fabricated look.

DC Sports Ceramic Coated Manifolds

DC Sports manifolds are also available in mild steel with a proprietary temperature- and corrosion-resistant ceramic coating. Once the mild-steel systems are completed in manufacturing, they are subjected to a thermal degrease and a preliminary sandblast to prepare the manifolds surface for coating adhesion. Every ceramic-coated system is hand-painted to ensure an even application of coating. After verifying the proper thickness of the coating, the manifold is cured for proper bonding of the ceramic coating and then fine-blasted for a high-luster finish.
