ITG Panel Filters

Designed as a direct replacement for the Honda Civic Type R, other versions are available for most other Honda's too.
ITG, British company, Quality filters, as used by Honda and Toyota in the IRL, fitted to the first 13 of the 16 finishers of the indy 500.
Used by Japanese GT Chanpionship Mugen-Honda, Nismo and T.R.D Toyota.
ITG continued to supprt F1 in 2003 and supplied 3 Teams, BAR, Renault F1 and Mercedes Ilmor (McLaren) and once again saw victories in one of the most demanding motorsport arenas.

DC Sports V2 Intake System

AEM's V2 intake systems use a patented dual chamber design to produce the most power and torque of any other intake system available.

On a dyno graph, the area under the power band (or power curve) represents the amount of effort that an engine is producing. The larger the overall area under the curve, the more power your engine is making. The AEM V2 utilises a dual chamber (using two different diameters and lengths of piping) that creates multiple frequency sound waves to produce the largest area under the curve of any intake system on the market. These sound waves help charge the cylinders with more air throughout the entire rpm range and are what enables the V2 to outperform even our own Cold Air systems.

AEM's lifetime DRYFLOW Synthetic air filter is 99.4% efficient in FINE DUST testing, filters dirt as small as one micron, and never needs filter oil!

AEM Cold Air Intakes

AEM Cold Air intake system relocates the filter outside of the engine compartment to deliver the coolest air inlet temperatures possible. Cooler air carries more oxygen, which translates into a more intense explosion in the combustion chamber to create more horse power and torque. But that's only part of the power equation. Tuning the inlet pipe in length and diameter to match the engine's resonance helps move more air to the cylinders.

AEM Hybrid Intakes

So you've swapped an H22 into your EG Civic…now what do you do about getting an intake that fits? Do you order one for the chassis, or for the engine? Will a chassis system fit, or will it sacrifice performance, or both? Relax, AEM have done the R&D for you!

AEM Hybrid intakes are direct-fit intakes for Hondas with engine swaps whcih eliminates the need to buy a system that doesn't fit and have to cut it up. AEM Hybrid intakes install using standard tools with no additional modifications. AEM designed our Hybrid intakes for high-output engines with internal engine modifications like cams and porting, and manufacture them using three-inch mandrel bent aircraft aluminium for maximum flow.

Carbon Dynamics Cold Air Induction Kit.

CDA filtering system is composed of a cylindrical carbon air box containing
a washable filtering element. Substituting the original air box with our
CDA, cold air is directly channelled through an internal airflow deflector
to the filter and drawn into the engine with a very small pressure drop
(patented system). The CDA system also includes a black alloy ducting (60 cm
length) for connecting the system to an air intake on the front of the car.
The system is available in two different dimensions: we advise Type 1 for
engines up to 1,600 cc; Type 2 for bigger displacements. Every type is also
available in different diameters on engine side for connections. Dyno and
Datron Laser tests demonstrate the great performance of CDA filtering
system.

Jenvey Multiple Throttle Bodies

The type SF body is designed as the ultimate, no - compromise fuel injection throttle body. It may be fitted any way up and at centre distances of 90mm and above. It is available with 0, 1 or 2 injector positions and integral fuel rail mountings. Tapered bore bodies are stocked with 48mm butterfly sizes or may be CNC bored to any reasonable shape on request. We manufacture suitable fuel rails to order, with many of the popular sizes stocked. The linkage between the bodies is ordered separately, to suit the engine layout, and fitted at the factory.
'O' rings (for 50mm and below), throttle pot clamp and other fittings are supplied with the bodies.
Operating data; Spindle rotation: 82 degrees. Torque per spindle at WOT: 110 - 120 N-mm which gives a tangential pull of 2.9 - 3.1 N on long arm of standard lever. Option of 310 N-mm springs available.
Other items; Quadrant throttle mechanism, linkage kits, range of air horns (bellmouths, trumpets, stacks), throttle potentiometers. Kits available for B series & F20 engines.  Uses stock Honda Injectors and correct after market items. Minimium proven power gains of 30 BHP.
